StrayCats.Com

Finally someone stepped up and corrected things.

Maybe it was just me, but it blew me away that the greatest performing band in the world - The Stray Cats - did not have their own website.

Straycats.com, Straycats.net, and StrayCtas.org were all bizarre and non Stray Cat related webpages.

Sure you could argue, that websites aren't really 50's culture, but Brian Setzer has an awesome website, so why not the Stray Cats?

It was interesting to see how slowly most bands jumped on the web band wagon.

As a whole there were far more post 2000 than pre 2000 websites.

They do have a nice myspace page, since many people are jumping on that bandwagon it's pretty nice to see. (Look for the one that says "The Official Stray Cats Myspace Profile") It has been a great resource for me to look up bands, car garages, motorcycle shops, and generally cool cats all over the country.

Nowadays the trend in all in all bands is to have myspace pages. I preferr the selfmade websites with individual character. So the Stray Cats myspace page is just one under thousands... millions?

But you're right at the very last after the Stray Cats aren't anymore it's time for a memorial page for them!
Maybe the Stray Cats are gone, rockabilly will live on. Thanks Brian
